Sliding patio screens take the most wear of any screen in a house, and the usual failures are the rollers and the track rather than the mesh. We repair and replace patio door screens, rollers, and handles, and supply retractable and motorized screens for larger openings.

Where can I get window screens repaired in Stratford?

Can a torn screen be repaired, or does the whole thing need replacing?
Usually it can be repaired. If the frame is straight and the corners are sound, we strip the damaged mesh and re-screen the existing frame, which costs less than a new screen. If the frame is bent, corroded, or missing, building a new screen to size is the better option. The frame decides it, not the mesh.
Do you make screens for non-standard or older window sizes?
Yes. We build screens to your measurements, which is what older Stratford properties usually need, because stock sizes rarely fit an opening that was not built to a modern standard.
Do you repair patio and sliding door screens?
Yes, including the rollers, track, and handles. On sliding patio screens those parts fail more often than the mesh does, so a screen that will not slide properly is often a roller problem rather than a screen problem.
